Abstract

This critical analysis explores the complex network of food advertising and marketing and analyses how it significantly influences people\'s dietary decisions. The assessment begins by recognising the pervasiveness of food marketing across a range of media, including social media campaigns, online ads, television commercials, and packaging designs. Consumers\' impressions of food choices are strongly shaped by the culinary spell cast by visually appealing commercials and clever marketing strategies. The marketing techniques such product design, celebrity endorsements, and emotional appeals in an effort to identify the psychological processes at work. An important aspect of the review is how food marketing affects client opinions of nutritional value and preferences. The digital sphere, when social media platforms significantly influence dietary decisions. The review explores the influence of influential individuals, content created by users, and interactive marketing strategies on digital platforms, while emphasizing the need for enhanced knowledge and media literacy. The intricate correlation between marketing methods and personal dietary choices by disentangling the culinary enchantment created by these tactics.
