Lactobacillus acidophilus count of synbiotic dahi with addition of inulin and raffinose with different concentration of culture
International Journal of Chemical Studies · 2017 · Vol. 5(2) · pp. 158–161
Abstract
The count of Lactobacillus acidophilus strain V2 has significant variation among different treatment. The count of treatment In1C2 and In1C3 were at par with each other. The treatment In1C2 shown microbial counts of 195.00 × 106 cfu/g by taking in to consideration the cost of prebiotic and culture, treatment In1C2 was selected for further experiment. As same the RG2C2 having Lactobacillus acidophilus count 183 × 106 cfu/g was selected for further experiment.
