This article aims to analyze the growth trends in the implementation of ChatGPT AI-controlled chat bots in library services and examine the benefits and challenges. Artificial intelligence technology will serve as a valuable supplementary tool to enrich the overall library experience. As an advanced language model, it offers multifaceted support ranging from assisting with references and research to enhancing accessibility and curating relevant content. AI-driven chatbots are increasingly extending their influence across diverse domains within the information landscape. Therefore, to meet the requirements of technically experienced users, service domains such as libraries are at the top of the deployment of such technical applications. This research certainly helps other experts.
