AI – Powered skill gap analysis and Personalised learning pathways for sustainable workforce development

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to understand AI related skill defects and training in these economics and how government, organization can close the gaps by preparing the workforce for AI Revolution. The AI related skills are still not participated by the way of professional training. The primary purpose is to contribute knowledge preparing workforce for the AI environment through qualitative and empirical study. It also creating a human workforce that not only Tech - Savvy, It also integrates the work with interpersonal ways that involves solving Higher – order problems through sustainable development goals of 17 principals.
