Growth performance of linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.) With foliar and soil application of organic nutrient sources

Abstract

A field experiment carried out on field of AICRP on linseed, College of Agriculture, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India during rabi 2024-25 entitled “Growth performance of linseed (Linum usitatissimum L.) with foliar and soil application of organic nutrient sources”. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with three replications and thirteen treatments. Among all the treatments, the treatment receiving 33% of recommended N through FYM with 33% recommended N through neem cake followed by foliar spray of vermiwash @ 10% concentration at branching, flowering and capsule stage recorded higher plant height, number of primary and secondary branches plant-1, dry matter accumulation plant-1 and chlorophyll content.
