Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the research on "work from home" and "job satisfaction" from 2014 to 2024, focusing on publication trends, key authors, influential institutions, and international collaborations.The data reveals a research landscape dominated by a small number of prolific authors and institutions, while most contributors are single-publication authors, consistent with Lotka's Law.Golden T leads in total citations with significant contributions, while other authors such as Charalampous M and Grant C demonstrate high impact per publication.The USA is the leading country in research output, but countries like France, Australia, and the Netherlands show a higher tendency for international collaboration.Institutions such as Harvard University and Bucharest University of Economic Studies have emerged as key contributors.The study identifies "job satisfaction" as a central theme, interconnected with productivity, work-life balance, and telecommuting while emerging topics like family conflict and social support require further exploration.
