Abstract

Understanding the intricacies of pharmacokinetics, particularly the processes of drug Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME), is paramount for effective drug development and therapeutic outcomes. This research paper delves into the multifaceted mechanisms governing ADME, exploring how these processes influence drug bioavailability, efficacy, and toxicity.
