Abstract
Through the study and analysis of the current situation of human resources for the tourism industry in Tuyen Quang and Binh Phuoc so that the results can be compared between these two provinces. Through the research results and discussion of the group, there will be some recommendations to be able to develop human resources for the tourism industry in Tuyen Quang and Binh Phuoc. Through research, the author has realized the potential of tourism development in two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Binh Phuoc, but human resource issues for the tourism industry are still very difficult and limited.
