Abstract

According to Positive Psychology main focus of psychology are in learning ways to increase positivity and helping people live happier, more satisfying lives. Rather than focusin g on mental pathologies, the field as an alternative strives to find ways to support people, communities, and societies improve positive emotions and achieve greater happiness. In this paper we focus on all 3 different needs i,e. biological needs, social needs and psychological needs and their effect on human beings in their life journey.
