Abstract

Despite having well-developed mechanisms of thermoregulation, animals do not maintain strict homeothermy under extreme climatic conditions. As a result, animals develop various adaptive mechanisms that enable them to survive under those conditions of extreme heat or extreme cold. The study was conducted on twelve healthy Black Bengal Goats to determine the effect of seasonal variations on biochemical profiles during autumn and winter.
