Studies on the immunostimulatory effect of extract of Solanum trilobatum and Ocimum sanctum in Mystus keletius

Abstract
The fresh water cat fish Mystus keletius was injected with the methanolic extract (water soluble fraction) of Solanum trilobatum and Ocimum sanctum alone and in combination in 3mg, 30mg.300mg/Kg body weight. Serum was collected every 7 days interval. Fishes were fed with normal diet for the entire period of the experiment.
