Abstract

Some characterization and microstructural features of mechanochemicaly milled ZnO powders are presented in this study. It is shown that the application of mechanochemical ZnO nanoparticles is a simple technique for preparation of nanocrystalline powders. Synthesised powders are analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET).
