Artificial intelligence–assisted advanced homeopathic treatment using 50 millesimal potency in bone marrow disorders: A holistic clinical approach for aplastic Anemia, MDS, pancytopenia, PNH and ITP
Abstract
Bone marrow disorders such as aplastic anaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), pancytopenia, paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH), and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) are complex haematological conditions associated with significant morbidity and mortality. These disorders involve impaired haematopoiesis, leading to reduced production of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, which may result in severe anaemia, recurrent infections, and bleeding complications. Conventional management strategies include immunosuppressive therapy, blood transfusion, and bone marrow transplantation; however, these interventions may be costly, invasive, and associated with considerable risks. Homeopathy, a holistic therapeutic system based on individualized treatment principles, has increasingly been explored as a complementary approach in chronic and complex diseases. The use of 50 millesimal (LM) potency, as described in advanced homeopathic practice, allows gentle yet dynamic stimulation of the body’s self-regulatory mechanisms. Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) offer promising opportunities to enhance homeopathic clinical practice through AI-assisted repertorization, symptom pattern analysis, predictive modelling, and digital clinical documentation. This paper explores the potential role of AI-assisted advanced homeopathic treatment using 50 millesimal potency in managing bone marrow disorders through a holistic clinical model integrating individualized remedy selection, lifestyle modification, psychological support, and digital AI tools for faster and more precise therapeutic decision-making. Preliminary clinical observations suggest that AI-supported homeopathic practice may improve treatment efficiency, reduce decision-making time, and contribute to favourable clinical outcomes in complex haematological disorders such as aplastic anaemia and related bone marrow failure syndromes. Further systematic studies and multicentre clinical trials are recommended to validate these observations.
