The role of organizational agility in enhancing organizational performance: An analytical study at Tikrit teaching hospital

Abstract

The study also considers the role of organizational agility in improving organizational performance at Tikrit Teaching Hospital. The study asked, “How does organizational agility impact enhanced organizational performance? The researcher used descriptive analytical method to exporting the research aims. A survey was conducted among a Sample Members Population of Employees working in Tikrit Teaching Hospital at Salah al-Din Governorate. Data were collected through a questionnaire - as the primary tool - and (193) questionnaires deemed to be distributed to hospital employees. Results: Organizational performance correlates positively with organizational agility, a positive effect of organizational agility on organizational performance. The study also presented a set of recommendations, the most important call upon the management of Tikrit Teaching Hospital attention (to enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of implementation) for organizational agility with respect to raise the level of organizational performance within the hospital while providing an appropriate organizational environment in order to apply dimensions of the organization (agility).
