Homoeopathic management of infantile hemangioma with Arnica montana: A case report

Abstract

Infantile hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor commonly observed in the first year of life. While most lesions undergo spontaneous involution, periocular locations often warrant careful monitoring due to cosmetic concerns and potential functional complications. This case report presents the homoeopathic management of a 3-month-old female infant with left periocular hemangioma using Arnica montana. The case demonstrates individualized remedy selection based on repertorial analysis, miasmatic interpretation, and systematic follow-up using the Vancouver Scar Scale for objective assessment.
