Human resource efficiency through knowledge management characteristics an analytical study of administrative leaders' views at Tikrit university
Abstract
Objective of the Study The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management variables (knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, and knowledge dissemination, knowledge application) and human resource performance in the Tikrit University Presidency. The study followed the descriptive-analytic method and employed a questionnaire of 24 items distributed on four dimensions that was applied to A stratified random sample of (120) Administrators) including president, vice-president, deans, heads of departments and managers) at Tikrit University. We received 116 valid (response rate was 96.7%) questionnaires, excluding four incomplete ones. Data was collected between 1/11/2025 and 30/11/2025. Results: The level of knowledge management application was high, and the mean score was (3.84) with a standard deviation of (0.996). There were strong (0.01), and positive correlations between, all dimensions of knowledge management & human resource efficiency as indicated by the results. The strongest association was found in knowledge distribution (r=0.858), followed by knowledge storage (r=0.820) and knowledge acquisition (r=0.725). The result of the multiple regression analysis revealed that knowledge management attributes together explain 74.6% of variance in human resource efficiency with distribution of knowledge being the most stronger predictor (β=0.710).
