A case of atopic dermatitis (eczema) treated with individualized homoeopathic medicine
International Journal of Homoeopathic Sciences · 2026 · Vol. 10(2) · pp. 423–427
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, relapsing inflammatory skin disorder characterized by pruritus and impaired skin barrier function. Conventional management focuses on symptomatic control however long-term relief remains challenging. Homeopathy offers an individualized approach aimed at enhancing the body’s innate healing response and reducing disease susceptibility. This shows the role of homeopathic principles and remedies in the holistic management of atopic dermatitis emphasizing constitutional treatment, trigger identification and overall improvement in patient quality of life.
