A Case of Cervical Spondylosis Managed with Lachnanthes tinctoria Using Boenninghausen’s Approach
Abstract
Cervical spondylosis is a prevalent degenerative disorder of the cervical spine that often leads to chronic pain and functional limitation. Conventional management is largely symptomatic and may not always provide sustained relief. This case report presents the management of cervical spondylosis using Lachnanthes tinctoria. The patient showed marked and sustained clinical improvement following homoeopathic intervention. This case demonstrates the value of Boenninghausen’s method in managing cases with deficient mental and general symptoms, relying on characteristic particulars, modalities, and concomitants and suggests the potential role of Lachnanthes tinctoria in the management of cervical spondylosis.
