Case report of psoriasis treated with homeopathic medicine of nux vomica 30C based on repertorial analysis
International Journal of Homoeopathic Sciences · 2026 · Vol. 10(2) · pp. 208–210
Abstract
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis characterized by erythematous, scaly plaques and a relapsing clinical course. Although conventional therapies are effective in suppressing symptoms, long-term disease control and prevention of relapse remain challenging in many patients. Homeopathy adopts an individualized, patient-centered approach, emphasizing the totality of symptoms rather than the diagnostic label alone. This case report presents a patient with chronic plaque psoriasis treated with Nux vomica 30C, selected through repertorial analysis and constitutional evaluation, who demonstrated sustained clinical improvement during follow-up.
