Abstract

Vitiligo in pediatric patients poses significant therapeutic challenges, especially following prolonged exposure to topical and systemic steroids. This case report documents the successful classical homeopathic management of an 8-year-old girl with progressive periorbital vitiligo of two years’ duration, unresponsive to prior conventional and homeopathic treatments. A detailed individualization based on mental, physical, and constitutional characteristics was undertaken. Under treatment at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic, disease progression was arrested within the first month, followed by gradual and sustained repigmentation with complete resolution and no relapse over long-term follow-up. This case highlights the role of classical homeopathy in inducing lasting transformation in pediatric vitiligo where previous therapies had failed.
