Affect of fog on endurance among the CCSHAU College of Agriculture Bawal students of Haryana
Abstract
This study investigates the impact of fog on the endurance of students at CCSHAU College of Agriculture, Bawal, Haryana. Fog is a prevalent meteorological phenomenon in the region, influencing visibility, temperature, and overall physical and psychological well-being. The objective of this research is to examine how fog affects students' physical endurance and their overall engagement in activities. A mixed-methods approach was employed, incorporating quantitative fitness assessments and qualitative surveys. A sample of 20 students was selected through stratified random sampling to ensure diversity in representation. The implications of this study suggest the need for institutions to consider environmental factors in planning activities. Strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of fog may include rescheduling outdoor events, enhancing indoor fitness opportunities, and providing mental health support.In conclusion, this research underscores the significant impact of fog on the endurance of CCSHAU COA Bawal students, indicating a complex interplay between environmental conditions and student performance. Future studies could explore long-term effects and interventions to enhance resilience in varying weather conditions.
