Homoeopathic management of migraine in a teen age female: A case study
Abstract
Migraine is a chronic neurological condition marked by repeated headache episodes that often persist throughout life. It is classified as a primary headache disorder and commonly occurs in an episodic pattern. Individual attacks typically last between 4 to 72 hours and are frequently associated with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light (photophobia), and sensitivity to sound (phonophobia). In some individuals, the headache phase is preceded by an aura, which consists of temporary and fully reversible visual, sensory, or other neurological disturbances1. A case of 18 years female was taken for the study. The case was taken with its presenting complaints with detailed history. After physical generals, mental generals, physical examinations & laboratory investigations the case was repertorised and managed homeopathically.
