An experiment entitled “On farm evaluation of management practices in pre-dominant cropping systems” was carried out during 2023-2025 for two years, on twelve farmer’s field with two cropping systems soybean -chickpea (six farmers ) & cotton + pigeonpea 6:1 (six farmers)in Karanja (Ghadge) & Ashti tehsil in Wardha district of Maharashtra, with an object to find out the response of crops and impact of nutrient management through RDF,INM,FP, organic and natural farming included in the different cropping sequences on the cultivators field in terms of yields and monetary returns. During second year in both the cropping systems, treatment recommended dose of fertilizers application recorded highest crop yield, equivalent yield and B: C ratio followed by integrated nutrient management farmers practice, organic farming, organic farming+ natural farming and natural farming.
