Stress-induced headache in women: A homeopathic perspective
International Journal of Homoeopathic Sciences · 2025 · Vol. 9(4) · pp. 1347–1349
Abstract
Headache is one of the most frequently reported health problems among women aged 15-49 years. Recent global and national surveys indicate that women experience stress, hormonal fluctuations, emotional burden, and sleep disturbances more than men, making them more susceptible to recurrent headaches, particularly migraine and tension-type headache (TTH). This paper discusses the etiological factors responsible for this gender disparity and outlines a comprehensive homeopathic therapeutic approach, supported by clinically relevant medicine indications.
