Abstract
Background: Psoriasis is a chronic, autoimmune, disfiguring, inflammatory and proliferative condition of the skin characterized by silvery white to red color patches are usually seen over the extensor surfaces of limbs especially on knees and elbows, and over the scalp, trunk and genitals. Plaque Psoriasis (PP) is the commonest type of psoriasis. Psoriasis is a burden in country like India which cannot be underestimated.
