Abstract

Euphorbia geniculata belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family is a common weed occurring mostly under irrigated upland and rainfeds especially in the crops like blackgram and cotton. A surveillance was conducted to assess the disease infection in weeds of Central Farm, Agricultural college and Research Institute, Coimbatore Since 2016. Euphorbia geniculata was highly susceptible to powdery mildew and the same was observed at Sugarcane Research Station, Cuddalore. Hence this was documented for further studies.
