Effects of adjuvant chemotherapy on physiological parameters in canine mammary gland tumours in dogs

Abstract

The present study was carried out with objective to record the various physiological parameters in dogs affected with mammary gland tumours on the day of surgery as well as the entire course of chemotherapy. Out of 111 neoplastic cases reported, 27 clinical cases referred to the Department of Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, Anand subjected for further detailed clinical examination and surgical as well as chemotherapeutic management. There was no any significant changes observed in physiological parameters during and after administration of chemotherapeutic agents.
