Utility of homoeopathic treatment in case of chronic gastritis

Abstract
This is a case of 23 years old female patient presents with nausea and vomiting, pain in abdomen in the outpatient department and was suffering from chronic gastritis. A proper case taking and repertorisation was done, NATRUM MURATICUM 1 M was prescribed. After 2 months of treatment, the patient showed remarkable improvement.
