The hidden codes of existence: A psychological and philosophical inquiry into number psychology

International Journal of Jyotish Research · 2025 · Vol. 10(2) · pp. 30–31

Abstract

Number psychology, a unique blend of Jyotish traditions and modern psychological-philosophical perspectives, seeks to understand how numerical vibrations influence human personality, thought, and destiny. This study explores numbers not merely as quantitative symbols but as archetypal forces shaping consciousness and behavior. By comparing ancient Jyotish interpretations of numbers with psychological theories of archetypes and philosophical concepts of order, this research highlights the hidden connection between universal mathematics and human existence. The findings suggest that numbers 1–9 act as distinct psychological archetypes, guiding individuals towards self-awareness and spiritual growth. This inquiry concludes that number psychology can serve as a scientific as well as spiritual framework for understanding the human journey.
