Abstract

A field experiment entitled “Effect of Nano Urea and Nano DAP alone and with different levels of N and P on growth and yield of Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica) cv. Fantasy F1” was carried out during the rabi season of the year 2024-25 at R.B.S. College Horticulture Research Farm, Raja Balwant Singh college, Bichpuri, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with ten treatments and three replications. Among the treatments, the treatment T6 (100% N + 25% P + 6 ml/l n-DAP (3 sprays at 30 DAT, 45 DAT, 60 DAT) significantly enhanced growth and yield attributes, i.e. The highest plant height (48.61 cm), No. of fully open leaves (16.67), plant spread (E-W & N-S) (64.16 cm & 69.94 cm respectively), Dry matter content of curd (12.88%), highest marketable curd weight (343 gm) and yield (71.8 q/ha). where as treatment T9 (8 ml/l n-Urea + 8 ml/l n-DAP) showed the lowest performance across all the parameters.
