Abstract

There was lots of study on the effect of different fertilizers and their efficiency for the production of chickpea crops, but very little efforts has been taken to analyze the effect of nano fertilizers. A field investigation was laid out during Rabi season 2020-2021 at Seed Technology Research Unit Farm, VNMKV Parbhani. Randomized Block Design with three replication and ten treatments. The nano Fe, Zn and P Fertilizer were used. The emergence count, plant height, chlorophyll content, relative growth rate and absolute growth rate were significantly increase as compared to normal without fertilizer condition. The most increase in growth attributes was obtained by the seed coating and foliar application of nano Zn and Fe and P. In conclusion, this study proved that 100% RDF, seed coating of nano Zn + Fe @ 62.5 ml/ha and foliar spray of nano Zn + Fe @ 250 ml/ha through the action can increase in the plant growth in chickpea.
