Abstract

This study on global proliferation and its impact on sustainable business illustrate the many ways globalisation influences sustainability initiatives. Although several firms continue to contend with issues such as bureaucratic red tape, insufficient finance, and internal resistance, many have discovered that globalization facilitates the achievement of their sustainability objectives. While some still have progress to do, an increasing number of firms are demonstrating a robust or moderate commitment to integrating ESG principles into their operations. Despite the increasing importance of technology as a catalyst for innovation and efficiency in global sustainability efforts, several sectors still possess substantial untapped potential for technological advancement. These results underscore the need for more inclusive, adaptable, and well-supported frameworks in addressing local and global issues. Companies seeking to capitalize on globalization and ensure long-term viability must invest in technology, align with legislation, and cultivate internal capacity to embrace change.
