Implication of knowledge reuse in the technological human resource environments

Abstract

In this work authors attempted to understand the importance of knowledge reuse in the Human Resource environment. For this, the role of knowledge reuse and sharing and its appropriate management is being explored. Moreover, the quality of knowledge in the fluctuating technological atmosphere has also been examined.To expedite the above activities in larger aspects we contemplate the three-dimensional model of knowledge management and present the analysis on the various issues of knowledge reusability and its submissions in the Human Resource environment. Recommendations to enhance the reusable tacit and explicit knowledge in the Human Resource setting for the growing country like India are being also explored.
