Connecting tomorrow: Exploring the progression from 5g to 6g in mobile communications

Abstract

Mobile communication has improved because people want faster and better ways to share information. The first four generations (1G-4G) built the basis for today's wireless networks, and now the fifth generation (5G) is being introduced around the world, offering faster speeds and better connections. Research on the sixth generation (6G) is also starting, which aims to make mobile communication even better with new technology. The shift from 5G to 6G is expected to change how mobile networks work. This article looks at important steps in mobile communication's history, focusing on what 5G and 6G can do, the challenges they face, and the new opportunities they bring. It also discusses the technology that is helping this progress and the issues that need to be solved to make the most of these new networks.
