Comparative effectiveness of yoga and traditional physiotherapy in treatment of chronic low back pain

Abstract

CLBP is common and disabling disorder among the people around the world. In the given paper, the effectiveness of yoga and the conventional physiotherapy regarding the CLBP treatment is examined and compared in the aspects of decreasing pain levels, improving function, and enhancing quality of life. A review of some recent systematic reviews and meta-analyses has provided the insights into the therapeutic advantages and limitations of both interventions.
