International Journal of Research in Agronomy · 2025 · Vol. 8(5) · pp. 613–614
Abstract
Screening of tomato germplasms against root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) was conducted under the net house condition. The results showed that the ten germplasms of tomato showed varying degrees of reaction to Meloidogyne incognita. Out of ten germplasms screened, two were found to be resistant, two germplasms showed moderately resistant while, the rest showed susceptible. No germplasm was found to be highly resistant and highly susceptible.
