Abstract
Objective: The Curve of Spee (COS) is a normal occlusal curvature that plays a crucial role in mastication and functional occlusion. This study aimed to compare the depth of the Curve of Spee, overjet, and overbite among Class I, Class II, and Class III malocclusions. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the Department of Orthodontics at Yashwantrao Chavan Dental College, Ahmednagar. A total of 90 patients, aged 18-25 years, were selected using a non-probability consecutive sampling technique, with 30 patients in each malocclusion group (Class I, II, and III). Lower arch impressions were taken, and the depth of the Curve of Spee was measured on the study casts.
