A Study of Internet Usage and Study Habits of Secondary School Students

Abstract

As the internet becomes an integral part of student’s academic and personal lives, understanding its influence on study behavior is crucial. The study emphasizes the need for promoting digital literacy, time management skills and balanced internet use to foster better study habits and academic success among students. For this researcher used two standardized tool (Internet Usage Scale and study habit inventory). Data was collected from 200 U.P.Board and C.B.S.E Board secondary school students of Meerut. Moreover the result shows there is no significant difference between the internet uses of boys and girls of secondary schools and also there is no significant difference between the study habits of girls and boys of secondary schools.
