Digital resource engagement, at SRM University, Sonipat: A comprehensive analysis

Abstract

This research examines the awareness and engagement with digital resources among undergraduate students at SRM University, Sonipat. The study explores usage frequency, purposes, challenges, and satisfaction levels through a meticulously designed survey. A structured questionnaire, distributed via Google Forms, collected responses from 300 students using a stratified random sampling method. Results reveal high awareness of digital resources, with E-Books (92%) and E-Databases (85%) being the most utilized. Challenges include inconsistent Wi-Fi access (42%) and limited training (30%). Data is visualized through tables, bar graphs, and pie charts for enhanced comprehension. Recommendations include advanced digital literacy workshops and infrastructure upgrades.
