720° Total Quality Welfare (TQW): A Revolutionary Framework

Asian Journal of Management and Commerce · 2025 · Vol. 6(1) · pp. 978–985

Abstract

The 720° Total Quality Welfare (TQW) model is introduced as a comprehensive method for enhancing employee well-being by integrating employee welfare, corporate responsibility and social development. This model goes beyond conventional approaches by considering the interconnectedness of employee satisfaction, organizational success and social progress. It comprises a dual-layered structure: 360° Employee Well-being and 360° Employee’s Family and Societal Welfare, which addresses the physical, psychological, economic and professional needs of employees while also focusing on the welfare of their families and the broader community. The TQW model aims to promote a positive and healthy work environment, ethical governance and sustainable development, ultimately benefiting employees, organizations and society as a whole.
