Marine nutraceuticals, are the bioactive compounds derived from natural sources. Marine Nutraceuticals plays role in treatment of skin, hair disorder and disease. Ultimately, the review underscores the potential of nutraceuticals as an accessible and effective approach to maintaining and enhancing skin, hair. while also calling for further research to validate their long-term benefits. Luckily, some scientists did study to see if they could find natural way to help our hair grow. They looked at a supplement called Viviscal, which is made from ingredients found in the ocean, like protein from fish and shellfish. They found that Viviscal was safe and actually helped increase hair growth by making the cells that help hair grow work better. It also helped make things that keep our hair strong and healthy.
