Formulation and evaluation of antioxidant fruit juice

Abstract

Antioxidants are crucial bioactive compounds known for their ability to neutralize free radicals, thereby preventing oxidative damage to biological molecules such as DNA, proteins, and lipids. The objective of this study was to formulate an antioxidant-rich fruit juice using a blend of carefully selected fruits and natural ingredients and to evaluate its physicochemical properties and potential health benefits. This article discusses the formulation process, evaluation parameters, and the significant therapeutic properties of the resultant juice.
