Effect of organic sources of plant nutrients on nutrients availability in soil, growth and productivity of maize.

Abstract

During the 2023 kharif season, an experiment named "Effect of organic sources of plant nutrients on nutrients availability in soil, growth, and productivity of maize" was completed.A randomised block design with three replications was used to assess eleven treatments that applied organic sources of nutrients to the maize crop.Sujata, a hybrid maize variety, was cultivated using suggested agronomic techniques.Among the several therapies is T1, which is control.T2 is RDF; T3 is FYM; T4 is vermicompost; T5 is pressmud; and T6 is 50% N via FYM plus 50% N via VC.T7 is 75% N via VC and 75% N via FYM.T8 is 50% N via PM and 50% N via VC.75% N through VC and 75% through PM make up T9.T10 is 50% N via PM and 50% N via 75% N through PM + 75% N through FYM is FYM T11.The crop cultivated with RDF had the greatest B:C ratio (2.70), whereas the plot that received 100% N via vermicompost had the lowest.
