Abstract
The given study aimed to evaluate the effect of six-week endurance training on vital capacity and resting heart rate. In this study, 12 adolescents of Gwalior, aged 16 to 18 participated. The participants were evaluated using a spirometer and radial pulse test to measure vital capacity and resting heart rate respectively. Data were collected before and after the intervention to measure the program's effects. The participants were uninterruptedly subjected to a well-designed endurance training program for six weeks.
