The hospitality sector in Sirohi District, Rajasthan, relies significantly on milk and milk products to cater to diverse culinary preferences. This paper examines the current practices, challenges, and strategies for handling milk and its derivatives in the hotels of Sirohi District, with a focus on compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines.
