Removal of ovarian cyst by individualised homoeopathic remedy: A case report

International Journal of Homoeopathic Sciences · 2025 · Vol. 9(1) · pp. 891–896

Abstract

Ovarian cysts are a prevalent endocrine disorder affecting about 30% of women and frequently encountered in routine medical practice. In this case report, we present the successful treatment of an ovarian cyst in a 26-year-old married woman who sought medical assistance at the Out-Patient Department (OPD) of the National Institute of Homoeopathy in Kolkata. The patient's condition was effectively managed within a period of 7 months using an individualized homeopathic medicine, administered in centesimal potencies with appropriate repetition as required. The patient experienced notable symptomatic relief, and this improvement was further supported by positive findings in ultrasonography (USG) reports.
