Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of weight training on the technical skills performance of college male basketball players in Bonga, Southwest Ethiopia. In a pre-post-test control group design, 50 male players aged 20 to 25 were randomly assigned to EG and CG. EG underwent weight training, and CG continued to do regular training.
