Abstract
The study sought to examine the effects of plyometric training on selected physical fitness parameters of youth basketball players in Bonga town, southwest Ethiopia. A quasi-experimental design was employed; 20 male youth basketball trainees were included in experimental groups (EG) and participated in plyometric training and regular Basketball training.
