Navigating the technological landscape: An assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of technology adoption in the logistics and supply chain industry in India

Abstract

Methodology: Using a mixed-methods approach, this study combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with 33 SMEs to provide comprehensive insights into the barriers and facilitators of technology adoption. The research assesses the extent of adoption, the perceived benefits, and the challenges encountered by SMEs in integrating these technologies into their operations.
