Impacts of circuit training on particular physical fitness variables of college handball players

Abstract

The study sought to examine the impact of circuit training on selected physical fitness components of college male handball players. A quasi-experimental design was employed; 20 handball players were included in experimental groups (EG) and underwent circuit and regular handball training.
